Invitation for Tender-Delivery of Channel Clusters Programme

The Irish Exporters Association (IEA) would like to invite tenders for a new programme titled �Channel Clusters�. The IEA are seeking tenders from suitably qualified consultants for the delivery of the programme as detailed here.

All tenders should be submitted in a sealed plain brown A4 envelope with no company markings labelled 'Tender for Channel Clusters Programme' to:
