Life Sciences Ireland is made of representatives from manufacturing companies, logistics companies and wholesalers.
Life Sciences Ireland grouping is focused on driving export excellence across the Life Sciences spectrum by supporting critical business areas.
To address the security gaps that exist in the distribution and transport of pharmaceutical products, Life Sciences Ireland, in close collaboration with the Irish Medicine Board (IMB), devised the ‘Good Distribution Practice (GDP) Passport Scheme’ with the objective of ensuring that Ireland remains the preferred location for Life Sciences companies to develop, manufacture and distribute their products internationally.
