Registration of persons responsible for placing Medical Devices on the market in accordance with Directive 93/42/EEC and S.I. No 252 of 1994

The application for the registration of people and/or companies accountable for placing medical devices on the market has been changed by the Irish Medicines Board. Part of the change includes up to date instructions for applicants in how to submit this application to the Irish Medicines Board.
